In 2018, Elizabeth, Lindsay, and Kristin launched Life in the City with their personal funds. We have kept the digital lights on and content coming with financial support from:

Sales from Redbubble Artwork
Kristin sells her illustrations on stickers and other products on Redbubble. All profits from sales support this blog and other outreach activities, such as printing stickers and other outreach materials.

Where does the money go?
Keeping Life in the City running isn’t cheap! None of the editors or contributors receive payment for any content we produce, and we do not allow advertising on our site. Funds we generate go towards domain registration, hosting services, and printing of outreach materials.
