Pigeons are pretty common in urban areas. In fact, they are human commensals, so you are most likely to see them in the city, as opposed to other types of birds. You’ll usually see them in the park where someone feeds them seeds and bread. Sometimes, you’ll see them on the streets eating scraps. It is not often that you’ll see them at your bird feeder. But Sophie Breitbart captured this video of a pigeon trying so hard to get seeds from a bird feeder!
