Eusocial

An advanced level of social organization for an animal species, characterized by cooperative brood care, overlapping generations within a colony, and division of labor into reproductive and non-reproductive groups. Eusociality is present in certain species of insects, crustaceans, and mammals, but the most well-known and studied examples are those of ants, bees, and termites.
